Opening Hours

Secretary for Hire is available Monday to Friday.  Please feel free to email your requests at any time or phone during office hours (8am to 4pm).

Booking of Hours

Secretary for Hire can be booked for a 'one off' situation or for an ongoing set time per week, fortnight or month.  If you need to cancel and re-schedule your time, we understand the nature of small business, so please contact us to make arrangements and there will be No Cancellation or Re-Scheduling Fee incurred.

Privacy

Secretary for Hire values your business's privacy.  All work is kept confidential.   For your peace of mind, a Work Hire Agreement is signed for each client which includes a confidentiality clause.

Errors

Secretary for Hire strives for perfection. However if we have inadvertently made a mistake, it will be corrected free of charge.
