Secretary for Hire is your administration assistant. We are not another recruitment or temping agency.

We can work from our office on your business.  You don't need to supply another computer or spare desk. We already have the office equipment needed to support your business.  Secretary for Hire operates via phone, internet, email and courier.

Does your business need a hand with on-site work? Although work can be performed off-site, we understand that some duties and people prefer to have us in the office. That's fine by us.

Who is behind Secretary for Hire?

Secretary for Hire is owned and operated by Leanne Stephen.  Leanne has lived locally on the Peninsula for approximately 4 years. 

Leanne has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management.  Her 19 years of experience ranges from a University environment, an international company, a number of small to medium sized businesses and local Councils.

Leanne has a zeal for office work and her passion is designing and systemizing office environments.  Leanne loves making order out of chaos…!

Secretary for Hire has now expanded to include 2 other team members to assist Leanne when necessary and to best serve the needs of her clients.
